Blue Lotus is approached through

the soft dieta — a gentle, watery

path that opens the practitioner

into the aquatic realms of healing.

A sacred Egyptian plant, Seshen

soothes the nervous system,

supports dream work and intuition,

and opens the heart. It becomes a

companion for subtle repair and the return to inner truth.

The ancient Egyptians called it

Seshen and offered it in their

temples, linked to the divine

feminine and the lineage of Isis.

This soft dieta is an invitation to enter the watery mystery and

remember what has always been.

Frequently Asked Questions

What exactly is a “Plant Diet”? In this tradition, a “diet” isn’t about restriction; it is about relationship. To diet the Blue Lotus means to invite her spirit into your

field through ritual, ingestion of the plant tea or essence, and meditation. It is a commitment to let the plant become your teacher for a set period of time.

Do I need prior experience with plant medicine? Not at all. This is a Level 1

offering, specifically designed as an entry point. Whether you are a seasoned healer or have never sat in a ceremony before, the Blue Lotus meets you exactly where you

are.

What does the “Blue Lotus Protocol” involve daily? The daily practice is designed to

fit into a modern lifestyle. It typically includes a morning or evening moment of

stillness(15–20 minutes), working with Blue Lotus tea or essence, and following a

“clean” holistic food guide to keep your energy clear and receptive.

What do you mean by “Light Holistic Meals”? During a diet, we try to “quiet” the body

so we can hear the plant. We recommend a diet high in whole foods—vegetables,

grains, and fruits—while minimizing processed sugars, caffeine, and heavy spices.

You will receive a full guide on this upon registration.

Is this a live course or pre-recorded? This is a live, interactive intensive. Our weekly Sanghas(group meetings) and ceremonies are held live on Zoom to ensure a shared

container. If you miss a session, recordings will be available, but live attendance

is encouraged for the ceremonies.

How do I book my 1-on-1 session with Sita Rose? Once you join the circle, you will

receive a booking link to schedule your private session at a time that feels right

for you.
